About This Site

This site was started years ago with my own intentions varying from time to time. It has been a learning project, standard blog, story outlet, and much more.  I’ve changed the format and the site software a half dozen times.  However in the end it really comes down to this being a blog about a man going through life’s trials with the attitude to be a bondservant of God.  Some may understand that some may not.  In the end right now its just a way for me to put some thoughts to paper and explain to people that God and your relationship to Him is so important that nothing and no one should stand in between you and Him

Your responsible for your walk with God, when you come before Him you will be the one to give account for what you’ve done with His gifts.  For this reason no person or thing should have such unmonitored access to your beliefs that they dictate what you believe.  Rather everything your pastor, bible study teacher, or brother in Christ teaches you should be lined up to God’s word and prayer.  If you get one thing from this site, get that idea and mindset.

    Hello,

I came across this blog because I was doing a little research on the word ‘bondservant’ as I read 1 Peter 2:15-16 (ASV). I couldn’t help myself but continue to read the writer’s entire interpretation, and I believe the Holy Spirit directed me here because this is exactly what I needed to be able to survive today…

Thank you for taking the time to write as the Spirit led you to do….

I’m happy to help in any way. I just try to put what the spirit puts on my heart. The feedback is appreciated.

Thank you. I googled the word bondservant as I began to study James and it brought me to you. I too had to continue to read and feel that the Holy Spirit directed me here. I want to thank you for such an informative discription and a clearer understanding of what GOD wants me to know. You are truely a blessing from God.

Like some of the others that have commented here, I was looking for more on the term “bondservant”. What a wonderful help your posts are. God has given you a gift and you use it so humbly. I am inspired to come back often.
The Word is so amazing, so filled with treasure for the seeker. We can never know the end of its meaning. It is a great privilege to be able to come together
and learn from one another. Now we have another tool. We cannot see each other but we can see the heart. Perhaps it is better this way!

    Thanks for this informative site.
I’m doing a self guided Romans study right now and this really helps me in fully understanding Paul’s intentions with respect to calling himself a bond servant.
    Take care and God bless!

Reading through Philipians and reading about how Jesus came in the form of a Bondservant. Little is understood about this important word and even less preached on it. Yet we all need to know who we are called to be.

I came across this site when I looked up bondservant. Thank you for this input. I was giving a study on Eph.6: and the Holy Spirit stopped me at becoming a bondservant.
